Black & Decker - $10 Rebate on CHV1410 14.4V Cordless Hand Vac

Black & Decker is offering a $10 Rebate on their CHV1410 14.4V Cordless Hand Vac.  

To qualify for the rebate you must include the following in a stamped envelope: The completed rebate form for each purchase made, your original sales receipt, and original UPC label from package.

You must purchase the Hand Vac in May 2011 and the rebate submission needs to be postmarked by June 30, 2011.
