Visit Bailey’s Facebook page and check their status update for a link to a short survey.  After taking the survey, you’ll be able to print a rebate good for $4 back by mail when you purchase one bottle 750mL or larger of Bailey’s Irish Cream Liqueur (original or flavored).  Offer valid through 6/15/2011.  Limit one refund per household.
